Today was my first baking class: "Cupcake Fun." YAY! It was a lot fun and I got to meet some very nice ladies and a nice young lady, as well. Isabelle, her sister (Armelle), and Garance (Isabelle's daughter). We made carrot cake cupcakes with an orange glaze icing and chocolate cupcakes with a white ganache icing. They turned out to be delicious!
Thank you so much, Ladies! I had such a great time teaching the class and sharing a few of my favorite recipes! I hope you had a good time, too and enjoyed the class! I know you'll have lots of cupcakes to eat!!!
