Fa Na Na Na---- Capoeira

I was fortunate to stumble upon some guys in a hoda doing some Brasilian Capoeira!!  It's just amazing to watch!!  I have tried this before, years ago, but my knees said------NO!!! Oh well, I still LOVE to watch it!!
