Funny, inspirational, and all around WONDERFUL guy, Ron, from VENT received a friends award from his friend, Akelamalu @ Everything and Nothing and then spread the love to his friends. Congrats RON!!!
I am proud to be Ron's virtual friend here in Blogland. Ron is one of the many bloggers whom I have never met in person, but over the course of reading his blog, commenting, corresponding by emails, etc.. I feel a closeness that I feel that is akin to the feeling I have for some friends I have known for ever.. It's a feeling of just "clicking" with someone....
In fact, Alex and I met online and we clicked right away!!! It's a wonderful feeling to make friends all over the world with fellow bloggers, to share ideas and feelings, sorrows and joys, triumphs and tribulations... and HUMOR!!!
Ron is known for his humorous posts on VENT, which keeps his readers in stitches. He takes the time to leave long and lengthly, heartfelt comments which really keep you coming back for more.. Ron's friends always feel welcome on his blog, it's like stepping into Ron's virtual livingroom and listening to his endless tales of fantastic humor...
WHERE oh WHERE does he get it all? It's his style, finesse and his way of being that put us all at ease when we enter his blog! Ron makes people feel at home just by being him...
So, R0n awarded 8 fellow bloggers for the Friend Award, and I, in turn am passing it on to 8 of my fellow bloggers. I have a hard time choosing people because I typically just stick an award up and pass it on to everyone, but since this calls for 8, I'm passing it on to 8.....
So... DRUMROLL PLEASE.... in no particular order.... here are the 8 I pick!! Luckily Ron already picked Barbara and Debi--- because they would surely be on my list, as well!!
This is the thinking behind this particular award:
These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.
