Easter Lunch Part 2


Here is the dessert and the opening of the chocolates for Easter... It's kind of like opening presents at Christmas time! YUMMM!!!


So, I made a new recipe... coconut cake, which calls for coconut milk... I added some coconut extract and the result was: A HIT!!! Super moist and a very good crumb.. This recipe is a "keeper."

Regine bought this strawberry tarte at the bakery.... It looked very luscious... but what can I say, the French are renowned for their baked goodies!

The Easter Chocolate!
