Living in France ... not in San Diego, Ca... we don't have easy access to Mexican food! Well, not the kind us So. Cali's are used to, at least! Since, Alex is half Mexican, he does REALLY love and appreciate the Mexican cuisine we know and love- to eat!! Thank goodness my step mom is from Costa Rica and stocked up on lots of refriend beans (packaged in a plastic sachet rather than the canned type- made by Lizano-- so seasoned with their famous sauce... YUMM!!
Alex is Mr. Guacamole, so he whipped some up in a matter of minutes... YUMMMMMMM!!! Needless to say, we had a DELISH lunch today!!!!
